The municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, engaged the team of Pashek + MTR, WSP and YARD & Company to build its 10 year investment strategy. The planning process started strong with a full team community tour followed up with focus group meetings.

This understanding of place allowed YARD to develop an identity for the project which leans into the community’s history while looking ahead. Our team created an Engagement Guide with tactics and materials to inform an active and immersive engagement process. We are now working with the team to test potential recommendations, and will help develop small area development plans for critical growth areas.
